A bill to modify and extend the temporary duty suspension on certain giardiniera prepared or preserved otherwise than by vinegar.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to: (1) amend the article description of certain giardiniera prepared or preserved otherwise than by vinegar; and (2) extend temporarily the suspension of duty on such article.
