Annual and Lifetime Health Care Limit Elimination Act of 2009 - Amends the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and the Public Health Service Act to prohibit a group health plan from imposing an aggregate dollar annual or lifetime limit with respect to benefits payable under the plan.
Applies such prohibition to individual health insurance coverage.
