Commends the Government of Japan for its reversal in policy regarding currency manipulation.
Encourages it to maintain this new policy, thereby conforming to its responsibilities as a member of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Trade Organization (WTO), as well as promoting free and fair international trade.
