Recognizes the 50th anniversary of Ruby Bridges desegregating William Frantz Elementary School, a previously all-White public elementary school in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Encourages people to recognize the historical importance of elementary school desegregation and Ruby Bridges.
Expresses the House of Representatives' commitment to continuing the legacy of Brown v. Board of Education by protecting and advancing equal educational opportunity for all.
