Calls on the President and the Department of State to: (1) use diplomatic pressure to urge the government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to uphold and respect basic human rights; and (2) request the freedom of Tran Khai Thanh Thuy, Le Thi Cong Nhan, and Pham Thanh Nghien.
