International Fund for Israeli-Palestinian Peace Authorization Act of 2009 - Urges the President to establish an International Fund for Israeli-Palestinian Peace to support cooperation, peaceful coexistence, joint economic development, and reconciliation between Israelis and Palestinians, and Muslims, Christians, and Jews.

Authorizes specified Economic Support Fund assistance through FY2014 for the International Fund.
