To authorize the Secretary of the Navy to convey, without consideration, to Piasecki Aircraft Corporation the right, title, and interest of the United States in and to Navy aircraft N40VT, and for other purposes.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Navy to convey, without consideration, to Piasecki Aircraft Corporation of Essington, Pennsylvania, all U.S. rights and interest to Navy aircraft N40VT, and associated components and test equipment.
