Summary

Baltimore National Heritage Area Act - Establishes the Baltimore National Heritage Area in Maryland.

Specifies the areas that shall comprise the boundaries of the Area.

Designates the Baltimore Heritage Area Association as the local coordinating entity for the Area.

Requires the Association to prepare and submit a management plan for the Area.

Authorizes appropriations.
