To amend title 10, United States Code, to extend concurrent receipt authority to members and former members of the uniformed services who are entitled to voluntary separation incentive payments and are also entitled to veterans' disability compensation.
Provides for the concurrent payment of military retired pay and veterans' disability compensation for disabilities rated at 50% or higher for a member or former member of the Armed Forces entitled to voluntary separation incentive payments.
