Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend temporarily the duty on Hexanedioic acid, polymer with 1,2-ethanediol, 2-ethyl-2- (hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol and 1,3-isobenzofurandione, 2-propenoate.
