Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 2011, the temporary reduction of duty on formulations containing 5-bromo-3-sec-butyl-6-methyluracil (Bromacil) (CAS No. 314-40-9) and application adjuvants.
