Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend temporarily the duty on Mixtures of N-Y2-(2-oxoimidazolidine-1-yl)ethyl?-2-methylacrylamide, methacrylic acid, aminoethyl ethylene urea and hydroquinone.
