Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2011, the duty on Cyprosulfamide: N-({4-[(Cyclopropylamino) carbonyl] phenyl}sulfonyl)-2-methoxybenzamide (CAS No. Cyprosulfamide: 221667-31-8).
