Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend temporarily the duty on products containing (E)-N-Y(2-Chloro-1,3-thiazol-5-yl) methyl?-N-methylYoxido(oxo)hydrazono? methanediamine or N-Y(2-Chloro-1,3-thiazol-5-yl)methyl?-N-{(E)-(methylamino) Yoxido(oxo)hydrazono? methyl}-amine.
