Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to eliminate specified immigrant and labor certification petition filing deadlines for certain aliens physically present in the United States seeking to adjust to permanent resident status.
Makes such amendment effective as if included in the enactment of the Legal Immigration Family Equity Act.
