Designates April 21, 2005, as National Kindergarten Recognition Day to raise public awareness about the impact of the kindergarten year on the development of our nation's children.
Urges the people of the United States to recognize the historic tradition of kindergarten in the United States and its contribution to preparing children for their elementary and secondary educational achievement and experiences.
