Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend through December 31, 2009, the duty on Cyano(4-fluoro-3-phenoxyphenyl)methyl 3 (2,2-dichloroethenyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate (Cyfluthrin, excluding b-Cyfluthrin) (Baythroid).
