Benjamin Moore Surviving Military Spouses' and Children's Equitable Relief Act - Provides for the payment of a Survivor Benefit Plan annuity to the dependent children, instead of the surviving spouse, of a member of the Armed Forces who dies after October 7, 2001 (currently, November 23, 2003).
