Authorizes the Administrator of General Services to convey for municipal government purposes, including economic development, the property known as the Department of Labor Job Corps Training Center in Duval County, Florida, to the city of Jacksonville, after the existing Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) leasehold interest terminates.
