Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend the suspension, through December 31, 2008, of the duty on N-Ethyl-N-(2-methyl-2-propenyl)-2,6-dinitro-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzenamine) known as Ethalfluralin.
