Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Mixtures of propyl 3-(dimethylamino)propylcarbamate monohydrochloride Propamocarb hydrochloride (Propamocarb HCL (Previcur)).
