Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on preparations containing Prosulfuron Technical (1-(4-methoxy-6-methyltriazin-2-yl)-3-(2-(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)-phenyls ulfonyl) urea.
