Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Cyano(3-phenoxyphenyl)methyl 2,2-dimethyl-3-(1,2,2,2-tetrabromoethyl)-cyclopropanecarboxylate (Tralemethrin).
