Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on [5-(Phenylmethyl)-3-furanyl]methyl 2,2-dimethyl-3-(2-methylprop-1-enyl)cyclopropanecarboxylate (Resmethrin).
