Keep the Promise of Medicare Act of 2005 - Amends part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance) of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to cap the Medicare part B premium for each month in 2006 at the same rate for each month in 2005, adjusted for inflation.
