Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to reduce, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Methyl (E)-methoxyimino-{(E)-a-[1-(a,a,a-trifluoro-m-tolyl)ethylideneaminooxy]-o-tolyl}acetate (Trifloxystrobin).
