Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on (1R,3R)-cis-3-(2,2-dibromovinyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid, (S)-a-cyano-3-phenoxybenzyl ester (Deltamethrin).
