Declares that Jose Buendia Balderas, Alicia Aranda De Buendia, and Ana Laura Buendia Aranda shall be eligible for issuance of an immigrant visa or for adjustment of status to that of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence upon filing the appropriate application.
