Emergency Agricultural Disaster Assistance Act of 2004 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to use Commodity Credit Corporation funds for emergency financial assistance to producers who have suffered qualifying disaster-caused crop losses in 2004.
Includes among covered crops livestock, fisheries, and trees from which a crop is harvested.
