Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to Ponderosa Dairy, Amargosa, Nevada, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a certain parcel of real property in Nye County, Nevada, that is administered by the Bureau of Land Management in exchange for payment in an amount equal to the fair market value of the property.
