A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate regarding the policy of the United States at the 19th Annual Meeting of the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organization.
Expresses the sense of the Senate that at the 19th Annual Meeting of the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organization the United States should use diplomacy, relevant international laws and agreements, and other appropriate mechanisms to support scientific decision-making regarding Atlantic salmon, adequately protecting the imperiled U.S., Canadian and southern European salmon populations, making long-term conservation agreements, and forwarding the long-term rebuilding of North American salmon.
