A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to revise certain provisions relating to the appointment of professional psychologists in the Veterans Health Administration, and for other purposes.
Removes the requirement that psychologists appointed to the Veterans Health Administration of the Department of Veterans Affairs hold degrees in psychology from an approved accrediting authority.
Authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to employ such psychologists on a temporary, full, or part-time basis, or on a fee basis.
