Directs the Secretary of the Air Force to convey to the Loring Development Authority the segment of the Loring Petroleum (POL) Pipeline that runs between the Searsport terminal and Bangor Air National Guard Base and that was not previously conveyed following the closure of Loring Air Force Base.
