Perinatal Dental Health Improvement Act of 2002 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Director of the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, to award grants for research and demonstration projects applying new scientific evidence about maternal and child oral health linkages related to adverse pregnancy outcomes and maternal transmission of dental caries.
