Summary

Flight 93 National Memorial Act - Establishes at the site in Stonycreek Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania, where Flight 93 crashed on September 11, 2001, and as a unit of the National Park System a memorial to honor the passengers and crewmembers who died.

Establishes a Flight 93 Advisory Commission to recommend planning, design, construction, and long-term management of the memorial.
