Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 2005, the suspension of duty on stainless steel railway car body shells for gallery type, bi-level passenger trailer railway cars (150-passenger capacity, including flip-up seating and wheelchair spaces).
