A bill to amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to expand the definition of the term "Major disaster" to include an application of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 that souses severe economic hardship.
Amends the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to revise the definition of "major disaster" to include any application of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 that causes economic hardship of sufficient severity and magnitude to warrant major disaster assistance under such Act.
