A bill to provide that Federal employees may retain for personal use promotional items received as a result of travel taken in the course of employment.

Allows Federal employees to retain promotional items (including frequent flyer miles, upgrades, and access to carrier clubs or facilities) received as a result of using travel or transportation services procured by the United States or accepted from non-Federal sources for travel and related expenses in the course of employment, if such items are obtained under the same terms as those offered to the public and at no additional cost to the Government.

Repeals provisions under the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 regarding the issuance of guidelines for the use of frequent traveler programs by employees who engage in official air travel for the purpose of realizing cost savings for official travel.
