A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to improve transitional medical and dental care for members of the Armed Forces released from active duty to which called or ordered, or for which retained, in support of a contingency operation.

Provides medical and dental care under the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS) and TRICARE (a Department of Defense managed care program) for active and reserve military personnel called to or retained in active duty in support of a contingency operation for up to one year (currently 30 days) after their release from such duty.
