Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide: (1) a service dog to any veteran entitled to disability compensation who is hearing-impaired or has a spinal cord injury or dysfunction; and (2) travel and incidental expenses incurred in becoming adjusted to such dog.
