To transfer management of the Banks Lake Unit of the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge.

Transfers management of the Banks Lake Unit of the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge to the agency within the Georgia Department of Natural Resources having primary authority for the protection and management of fish and wildlife. Encourages such agency to manage such Unit so as to: (1) provide hunting, fishing, and other wildlife recreational opportunities; (2) ensure adequate water quantity and quality for maximum recreational opportunities to fulfill the Refuge's mission; and (3) ensure coordination with adjacent land owners.
