To provide compensation for injury and property damages suffered by persons as a result of the bombing attack by the United States on August 20, 1998 in Khartoum, Sudan, and for other purposes.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay up to a total of $50 million in settlement for injury and property damages suffered by persons as a result of the missile attack in Khartoum, Sudan, on August 20, 1998, by the U.S. armed forces.
