Law Enforcement Officers' Health Act - Withholds ten percent of the funds that would otherwise be allocated to an entity receiving funds under the Local Law Enforcement Block Grant Program unless the grantee adopts a policy establishing a legal presumption that heart, lung, and respiratory disease are service-connected for public safety officers.
