Child Care Affordability for Federal Employees Act - Permits executive agencies to use appropriated funds (available to such agencies for salaries and expenses) to provide child care services, in Federal or leased facilities, or through contracts, for their civilian employees. Requires amounts so provided to be applied to improve the affordability of child care for lower income employees.
