To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide an exemption from minimum wage and maximum hours requirements for certain seasonal fireworks employees.
Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to make minimum wage and maximum hours requirements inapplicable to seasonal employees working at facilities or locations where the primary source of revenue comes from sale of fireworks directly to consumers.
