Directs the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to convey a specified parcel of public land in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, to the Choctaw Nation. Sets forth that the land must be used for public purposes in perpetuity, or the United States may reclaim it.
