To suspend temporarily the duty on (1R,3S)3[(1'RS)(1',2',2',2',-Tetrabromoethyl)]-2,2-dimethylc clop opanecarboxylic acid,(S)-alpha-cyano-3-phenoxybenzyl ester.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2005, the duty on a specified insecticide. Provides for the liquidation or reliquidation (refund) of duty on such an item that is entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption during a specified period of time.
