To amend title 37, United States Code, to reduce the number of consecutive days of deployment required before a member of a reserve component of the uniformed services is entitled to the higher rate of the basic allowance for housing.

Reduces from 140 to 60 days the minimum length of a call or order to active duty before a member of a military reserve component will be entitled to the higher rate of basic allowance for housing established by the Secretary of Defense.
