Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to convey specified public land within the Sand Mountain Wilderness Study Area in Idaho to the owner of the Sand Hills Resort for such land's fair market value.

Exempts such land from all requirements of the Bureau of Land Management's Interim Management Policy for Lands Under Wilderness Review.
