Teacher Technology Training Incentive Act - Amends the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to allow local educational agencies to use certain professional development funds to provide incentives, including bonus payments, to recognized educators who achieve an information technology certification directly related to their teaching curriculum or content area.
